Hired Attorney Timothy M. Herring

I was involved for the first time in my life in defending myself from a major lawsuit - a ruinous lawsuit. There were several law firms involved in the dispute, and of all the attorneys I dealt with, I'd have to say Timothy was THE BEST in strategizing, communicating with the other side, and keeping everything focused on the correct issue. In the end, we had to settle, but we did so for a more reasonable amount.

Hired Attorney Timothy M. Herring

When we met Tim, he was local co-counsel on a tricky case in which we were defendants. He took the lead on the case at our request, once we saw how strategic, dedicated, and knowledgable he was. He was always fast to get back to us, patient with our issues and questions, and knew exactly how we stood with the situation and the law. He has an extraordinary memory for detail which always made us able to pick up where we left off. He had our best interests at heart, including financially.
