Norm was a conservator for a close family member. We could never get in touch with him, i.e. he did not answer emails, or phone calls. When asked about his interaction with the conserved person, he stated that he has no intention of meeting him/her. Instead, he is more concerned with the "amount of time he had to wait at the Social Security Office" to get the conserved persons' check sent to him. He is collecting a paycheck for doing nothing. TERRIBLE!!!!
