Hired Attorney

Neil is a rare gem in the sea of racketeers who profit off family strife.
I can not say enough good things about Neil Marcus. He will represent YOU and make sure that he takes care of your situation - he knows the system and IF YOU LISTEN to his sage advice, he will resolve your matter in YOUR FAVOR. He has made a huge difference in my child's life & welfare - which was in serious jeopardy, and we highly recommend his character, practice and services. Neil fixed a very bad situation for my son.

Hired Attorney

I engaged the services of Mr. Marcus for a family law case. Although he is a nice person, his primary practice is real estate law. His knowledge of family law is limited. I found that much of his time is being devoted to developing a commercial property in Danbury and he seemed disengaged in matters related to my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
