I don't know if I can trust Attorney Exner after reading her reviews. I question the ETHICS of this person. I am weary of the lack of professional devices, snotty responses that is if they contact You at all. Someone who has sold clients house Without their consent, also I question the actions of the Attorn ey getting involved with Animal Cruelty Have I maya Big Mistake?
She is awful. Does not return calls. Does not file forms in a timely manner. This should of been solved a year ago. Im homeless cause my inheritance wasn't made available when I needed it. I have kids and there's snow here. And we are living in a trailer with a relative and sleeping on the floor.
This so called conservatorship was brought in to help take care of my neighbor/ great friend of 25 plus years and after her husband passed away some one got adult protective services involved and then my friend at the age of 88 was issued by the local probate court house that Kristen Exner was to be the conservatorship and even though she had a living sister that had 100% given the fact that she could take care of her sister, but wasn't even considered an option ended up taking advantage by thinking she owns everything pushing people around evicting an 87-year-old woman out on the streets with no place to go after the conserved person had passed away then knowing a tenant that lived in the house as well got to stay explain that to me how does that work? She then took the house, took all the contents sold the house and the conserved persons next of kin had never known anything had going on with her sister. So really do your research on if Kristen is a fit or NOT!!!
Attorney Exner has insinuated herself into being my my mother‘s conservator my mother is now in a nursing home. My mother has not been informed by Exner as to what’s going on. Ed is attempting to sell the house that belong to my parents that I now live in. I am disabled. she is attempting to sell the house so she can put more money in her pocket.
Attorney Kristan Exner was appointed to be my father’s conservator. Upon appointment, I asked Attorney Exner her process for involvement/communication with her conserved ward’s family. She responded that she would have “monthly family checking”. In the year and a half since she was appointed not ONE time did Attorney Kristan Exner contact my father’s family. Attorney Exner FAILED to keep our family up to date, even when my father’s health declined to the point r that Attorney Exner petitioned to have him put into hospice. It was Kristan Exner’s responsibility to make the family aware of my father’s health, but she did not. She also usurped my legal designation as my father’s health proxy and cut me out of all decision making. My father died last weekend; Atty Exner robbed our family from the opportunity to say good bye our dad and our children their grandfather. Additionally, Atty Exner’s egregious behavior precluded my father’s final wish of organ donation. She is the worst. BEWARE.
