Hired Attorney

I made an appointment to have her look over a purchase agreement for a retail property. Her office policy is that I pay a $275.00 retainer upfront. I gave her the 29 page agreement she wouldn't even look at it, she is not familiar with that type of agreement. She recommended that I insist on a different agreement which she is very familiar with. I asked for my retainer back and she said I have a 1 hour minimum, I never felt so cheated, she knew I was coming to have her read a purchase agreement.
