Nathan graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the practice of law that same year. While at Georgia State, he served on the Moot Court Board, where he competed and excelled in brief writing and oral advocacy.
Before law school, Nathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism Advertising and a minor in sociology. He was also selected to receive the William I. Ray Jr. Scholarship from the Grady College of Journalism.
Nathan practices personal injury, insurance, corporate litigation, probate litigation, medical malpractice, federal tort litigation, and general litigation. Since 2015, he has served as County Administrator for the Probate Court of Whitfield County, gaining extensive probate law experience. He also regularly practices in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and is known for aggressively pursuing insurance claims, with a strong track record in motor vehicle injury cases.
