shut down its operations. Secured a final judgment rendered on appeal in favor of client, resulting in client's right to continue operating.

owner/operator of surgery centers in obtaining a complete dismissal of all claims brought by a limited partner alleging breach of partnership agreement, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty,

Represented a national bank in defending a lawsuit brought by a commercial real estate company asserting claims for conversion, negligence,
violations of federal banking regulations. Obtained a complete dismissal of all claims.
Represented the largest U.S. airline in a lawsuit against an online travel agency for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract,
tortious interference, resulting in a $9.4 million jury verdict in favor of client.
Represented a Texas-based bank in defending an action brought by a bankruptcy debtor's trustee alleging claims of aiding
abetting fraudulent transfers, civil conspiracy, money had
received,
violations of federal banking regulations in connection with an alleged Ponzi scheme. Obtained a complete dismissal of all claims.
Represented the largest U.S. airline in a lawsuit brought by one of its in-flight technology vendors alleging breach of licensing agreement.

FLSA violations. Obtained complete judgment on all claims in favor of the client.
