Their staff is very friendly and nice. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when discussing my needs.
Mr. Tkach is an exceptional injury lawyer. Not only effective in auto accident cases but know that he's handled some very complex injury and death cases as well.
DO NOT HIRE! Please save yourself the trouble. The entire firm has no interest in helping you in any way, shape, or form. Their only concern is getting more money from you, and when they can't, they will drop your case and leave you in a worse situation than when you started. I should have just paid the ticket, which I ended up doing anyway. I had to fight with the lawyers more than I did with the court. I asked them to resolve this without me taking time off of work. Instead, they scheduled a court date to remove themselves from the case, all the while refusing to help in any way unless I paid them more money than the ticket was going to cost. They also knew that my particular citation was not something they could get deferred adjudication or defensive driving. They took the case, knowing I would still owe money for the ticket unless I paid them more money than the ticket to possibly fight it. He is such a scam artist.
DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. I hired them to fight my case and not only did they not fight my case, I now have additional legal fees and have submitted a complaint to the State Bar. Save yourself the headache and use anybody else. Self representation would do you better than hiring this lawyer. The communication is almost non existent and they will act in a different way than the agreed upon action plan
I hired this law firm to avoid having a ticket on my record and paying a $300 fee. This scam of a law firm tricked me into paying $150 upfront just to months later agree to a plea without my permission or knowledge and a $375 fine. I could have had a child represent me and do better. The worst thing is there’s nothing I can do about it
Do Not Hire them!!! Total scam! It is cheaper to just plead guilty and pay the court. If you go through them, you will still be guilty but they will 'negotiate' a HIGHER fee, plus you will pay for their 'services'. I ended up paying more than TRIPLE the initial ticket cost. They lie to you, and do nothing at all that is of any benefit. Even a Mediocre lawyer could have negotiated a better settlement than that. Try claim to "know" the courts, but then they said " oh that judge never negotiates. " and yet they only managed to get the fines increased? They knew fully who the judge would be in advance. It said so right on the summons!
Todd is using his employees to give him 5 star ratings staff is very rude and unprofessional & thief
Overall very poor skill , NOT overcoming and knowing what his doing on representing at the Law , not what so ever !
I paid him to get my tickets dismissed and I still had to pay for them on top of paying him.
