I am shocked this woman still has her law license! I would love to speak to the Morgan who also left an honest review. BEWARE!!!! If you love your child, RUN QUICKLY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. She does not follow the law. She lies to her clients to induce them into agreeing to orders no parent in their right mind would agree to. In fact she pressures and scares parents into making agreements that are contrary to the law, and then she hides the fact that hearings are scheduled that the client should have been at. I wonder how many docket histories of her clients have ZERO notice of hearings filed! She lies to clients about what is admissable. SHE MUST BE INVESTIGATED!!!!
This is my personal experience and opinion. Hiring her was the biggest mistake of my life. I trusted her completely while emotionally exhausted, and the advice I received led me to agree to terms in mediation that have devastated me and my child. Years later, my ex still uses those terms against us, and I don’t feel she ever fought for me or protected my rights. I’ve since spoken with several law firms, and they were shocked at how my case was handled. I feel like I paid her to ruin our lives. Looking back, I would have been better off representing myself. I share this so other parents know to research carefully and be certain their attorney will truly fight for them and their child.
