Mr. Hayden may not know this but, i read and researched many attorney letters. I called several. I interviewed a few in person. The reason why I chose Mr. Hayden as my attorney was his sincerity. I went to Mr. Steven Todd Hayden for criminal defense, a HUGE mistake. He never told me what the Prosecution discussed with him in my meetings with him at his office or in the Court hallway. I just signed a paper I was there and was told to come back at a later date, I did. I found out he never explained to me about Sentencing Options, the minimum to maximum sentence possible etc. He worked for the Prosecution not me. Now I find out he was convicted on March 12, 2020 For Professional Misconduct by the State Bar of Texas District 6 Grievance Comm. Case #201807242 and given a Public Reprimand.
