Hired Attorney

I was not pleased at all with her! She was asking me questions off something she was reading, she was grilling me on all these questions, I told her I was new at this and that's what I was calling her for. She basically told me just to wait it out on my school loan and then they could garnish my wages didn't give me any other solutions and almost made me cry and being almost 7 months pregnant is not a smart thing. My husband was upset that she was rude to me. I would not recommend her to anyon

Hired Attorney

I was extremely disappointed in the service. Everytime I called I was forwarded to her voicemail and it would take days for them to call me back. When someone finally did call me back, they didn't have any answers to my questions. I had a car accident and it took exactly 2 years (almost to the day) to finally close out my case and get the piddly amount of money that was owed to me. Simmons and Fletcher (attorney group) were recommended to me and now that person is sorry they did recommend them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
