Hired Attorney

This attorney handled a mediation for me. A mediator is supposed to be a guide between two parties to help achieve settlement. He seemed to me to need to be right rather than help two sides compromise. He is extremely ill-tempered, arrogant and even insulting on a personal basis; these are not qualities of a peace maker. I felt the parties in the dispute could have done a better job one on one. He hampered the settlement process. He is simply not competent as a mediator

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
