Always been good getting at least one ticket always dismissed or deferred to keep off record my family goes to him as well started going there at 18 yrs old I'm 30 now
I used them for 2 public intoxication tickets. They handled beautifully the one in Dallas, however they have not ever contacted me again about the second PI in Mesquite. I'm now worried that I've got a warrant.
Mr. Gregg takes a very long time to respond to queries and phone calls are not answered at times. His rates are reasonable but he leaves a lot of stuff for the clients to do themselves when most other lawyers address the aforementioned matters personally instead of leaving them to their clients.
I rarely received a call back from his office and no one there ever seemed to have an answer. The occupational license took twice as long as promised and the state of TX has yet to received the required paperwork. I would never recommend his office again.
His paralegal Lynn C. Martin is a very controlling, unresponsive, biased, dis-respectful, tunnel visionary with the personality of a turtle. This woman was evasive, non-committal, egotistical, and rude. Honesty does not reside with her. She seems to be overworked and under joyed. All request to speak to counsel was ignored. Request for information or support was very marginal. There was a basic lack of transparency and accountability. Horrendous experience.
