When I hired Mr. Goodman, I was impressed. He has very good command of the language and law. He appears reasonably smart. He appears empathetic. He states that he is there to help you. He promise you that he will protect and sue for you. That all changes after he gets paid his retainer. After he gets your retainer, he really does minimal. He's been paid, so why does he care after that point? He does not follow through with his initial promises. He backs down to other attorneys. Instead of fighting for you. He changes his tone to compromise or settling. That's not what he promised in the beginning and what he was hired for in the beginning. He is arrogant and does not like to be second guessed. He seems compassionate at first, but is really all about the money to him. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. Save your time and money. Look for a real attorney who will truly be your advocate and actually fight for you and delivers on what he or she promises. Not very ethical.
Awful, Goodman was completely arrogant and condescending. He will chase the easy money, and solicit offers without your knowledge and then try force you to take a lowball offer, while acting like he is a brilliant infallible legal mind. Zero fight in him.
