My husband needed a lawyer because he was wrongfully terminated form his job. Mr. Howard told us that he could get him his job back. We paid him fee up front. During this period he did not inform us how the case was progressing,we always had to call him. My husband told him if he had to go to court that would be okay, but Mr. Howard would reply and say that he & the judge did have some personal differences. My husband was in the union so when it was time for arbitration he advised my husband not
