Mr. Kahn was professional and articulate, and he made the process of preparing my will very easy. He was prepared for my appointments and able to clearly answer all my questions and address my concerns. He was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney

As a retired lawyer without experience in estate planning, I wanted to hire an attorney who is board certified in wills and estates. My longtime CPA recommended Rick Kahn. In 2021 we are sure to be faced with changes in the tax laws coming out of Washington. I recommend Rick without hesitation as an attorney who will keep my family and me up to date with our estate planning.

I give my strongest possible recommendation for Rick Kahn for any issue you have with estate planning, estate settlement and probate law. I spent over two years thinking I could settle my parents' estate when they died intestate. Out of sheer frustration I contacted Rick after receiving a strong recommendation from a highly-trusted attorney. I now place Rick in the highly-trusted category. He worked persistently and with great expertise to settle the estate, prepare court documents and execute division orders among multiple siblings. He kept us informed on a regular basis and delivered on everything we asked. He exceeded our expectations by not only settling the estate in our home state, but also helping us find an attorney who specialized in matters in another state. Rick Kahn is compassionate and empathetic. Those are the rare qualities that many in the field do not have. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. We were referred with 2 attorneys from another state. One was not interested as soon as I mentioned for an introduction meeting. Mr. Kahn responds very timely and is always well prepared for the discussion topics. He has made some good recommendations for our family. We truly value his opinion and enjoy working with him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
