While the underlying circumstances of this case were complicated, it is my opinion that the attorney insisted on settling the case because the Company being sued was determined to dispute the claim through Court proceeding if we did not agree to their offer and he and/or his Firm was unwilling to outlay the cost of deposing my Orthopedic Specialist to prove my Claim.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
