Hired Attorney

Excluding literally only those who can afford to fork over six figures within 2-3 months, Bennett has no concern (doesn’t even try to pretend to care) for acting in a client’s best interests or care (or pretend to care) about the safety and protection of the client’s children! I paid Bennett $25K to do nothing more than get a trial continuance (easy), get me out from opposing counsel’s obviously frivolous contempt filing (easy), & file a TRO app against my ex for her EVIL exhibition of Munchausen’s by proxy (by definition child abuse), her husband’s daily heavy drinking, allowing our son to be around his step-grandmother as she frequently talks of suicide, and many other heinous facts. Bennett filed the TRO app and pretended she would vigorously advocate for the judge to approve it in order to protect my 9yr old son! Then when the TRO hearing date, 3/23/23, she w/o my consent agreed with opposing counsel’s request to postpone hearing til June 7. Wanted $32K to show up June 7!
