Patrick is a founding member of Powers Taylor, LLP. In 2004, Patrick decided to leave a large, prominent law firm in Dallas to pursue his passion of representing individuals and small businesses. His current practice focuses on representing families across Texas and throughout the nation whose loved ones have been injured in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Patrick’s practice also includes handling a wide range of cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, as well as litigating complex business disputes and class action cases.Patrick is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University and Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated from both schools with high honors. Before forming Powers Taylor, Patrick had the opportunity to litigate a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts, across numerous industries, including defending medical malpractice lawsuits against doctors and hospitals, defending personal injury lawsuits, defending officers, directors, and companies in federal and state securities class action lawsuits, and representing business owners in all types of business disputes.Patrick is passionate about helping individuals and businesses right wrongs.
