Buyer Beware. Beware of the insider trading, the back room deals, and the stubby, fat little fingers. This guy (Mehdi Michael Mowla) is the fox-guarding-the-henhouse. I hired paid (quite extensively, I might add) him to argue my direct appeal counsel (Paul Francis) was ineffective (a glaring record / IAAC issue) for failing to argue my trial counsel (Greg Westfall) was ineffective for failing to investigate the facts of my case and research the applicable law. Mehdi, however, conspired with the State and the courts to prevent (sabotage) review of my ineffective assistance of trial counsel (IATC) argument. That is, Mehdi lied to me he was filing my writs of habeas corpus in both state and federal court at the same time. In fact, however, Mehdi only filed in federal court. Because the writ was technically misfiled, the statute of limitations continued to run until it elapsed. Consequently, the court wouldn’t hear my IATC argument.
