In January 2023 Attorney Michael B Halla of Dallas was charged with 2 counts of manslaughter due to the accident dated 11/15/2021 in which he was driving 93 in a 45 an hour road while passing an elementary school where a 5 year old child and his father were crossing the road into their neighborhood killing them both. This attorney is waiting for trail where i suspect he will go to prison. In September 2022 Mr. Halla was charged by a 7 Grievance panel for having used a non attorney in a Personal Injury case and having promised to pay him fees knowing he was not a licensed attorney. He was charged a $500 fine. This attorney shows a pattern of failing to make good sound decisions. I do not recommend using an attorney that has been charged with murder.
