I was present for a hearing being conducted prior to one of Ms. Haywards. What I observed appalled me. 1. Her actions caused a delay in the hearing I was participating in; she and her client didn’t bother to show up for their hearing and then proceeded to lie to the judge about the misunderstanding. 2. The conduct I observed (while online waiting) made me feel pity for her defendant. She made absurd objections and just seemed very unprepared and allowed her client to almost purger himself on the stand. She and her client didn’t seem to have been prepared in any regard. From what was observed I would recommend seeking any other counsel for any Bankruptcy representation.
