Hired Attorney Ms. Robbie McClung

This attorney will neglect her clients case as she did for more than six months. She will lie to her client and about her representation, as well as, she will sell you out by lack of reasonably effective communication or investigation of your case. This attorney was prejudice to my fair representation from the start and will sell you out to curry favor of the courts. This attorney spoke with me for less than ten minutes total on the day she introduced herself to me but refused to have any communication with me for months until the day my jury trial started, yet she deliberately lied to the appeal courts stating she conducted a thorough investigation of the case. Impossible if you don't communicate with your client about the specifics of the case, which we did not discuss in any detail the one time she met with me to introduce herself because she had no information of the case at that time. She is a fraud in my opinion

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
