Mr. Rubin handled my case dealing with child custody and child support. As the father in such cases most decisions favor the mother. However such was not the decision in my case. I believe that Mr Rueben had not only my child’s but my own best interests at heart. He worked hard and deligently the whole time. Kept me informed and advised me throughout the case. He has my full confidence and will use him for any other legal matters in the future.
The man lied about the court costs if he were to get a traffic violation deferred. He said that the court costs + his fee would be about the same (or a little more) than the ticket amount. I figured this was a fair deal and if more than the ticket amount, at least it would not show on my record. I received a letter a few weeks later and the court fees were DOUBLE the ticket amount. I am now stuck paying $300 more than the original ticket amount. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.
