Hired Attorney

Real trial lawyers just destroy the guy. He can launch legal motions from the safety of a cubicle, but when in an actual courtroom he is a bumbling fool. Disorganized, confused, embarrassing. Ken treated our money like monopoly money. He bills like F Lee Bailey, has underlings show up at important depositions, and when it comes time to trial day you realize it was all a waste. He has an "11th place ribbon is pretty darn good" personality. Other lawyers love him because he's just so easy to beat
