Kelsoe, Khoury, Rogers, Caughfield & Clark, PC is a law firm established in 1977 with an office in Dallas, TX. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing general civil practice, insurance litigation, professional malpractice and 16 other areas of law.
Mr. Patrick Rogers was assigned as our mediator for an ugly divorce on June 17, 2020. To give you an idea how much bickering was going on, we were at it from 9am until 7pm. Unbelievable. Mr Rogers was calm, patient, thorough, and really tried to help BOTH sides come to a decision before having to go to trial. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick Rogers for ANY mediation. If we would have went to trial (and we were about to), we were looking at tens of thousands of dollars. Both parties were satisfied with the outcome. Thanks, again Patrick.
I want to thank Mr. Rogers for helping our case out yesterday. 1 1/2 years of fighting for child custody ended in 5 hours of work by Mr. Rogers. I can't thank him enough for what he did in our mediation but I am thankful that he was our mediator. Thank you.
Very thorough, good communicator, no nonsense.
He is a cheat. He intimidates you do you are frightened that you will be worse off going to a judge. but its all his lies and part of the game so the mediation is successful and he gets paid. do not believe his lies. if you feel that he is cheating you in negotiation, walk away and hire someone. he even added things that i did not ask for in mediation so he can do favor to other party. he is a BIG cheat. Do not hire him at all.
Thought you worked for my lawyer, obviously not. the minute you walked in you started shaming and judging. You did nothing for me but ruin my life. arrogant and even started discussing other clients. didn't want to run upstairs, and then continues a relationship with my lying ex. you are worthless and should be ashamed. you lie just like my ex. Makes me sick that I had to deal with you. I will report you to the law firm that used you also.
