Kelly R. Fisher graduated from Southern Methodist University with a double major in Real Estate and Finance in 1989. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1993. Thereafter, he was an associate at two large national firms. Mr. Fisher's practice involves the representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders in commercial transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in complex lending transactions, including loan documentation, review and drafting of loan workout documents. Mr. Fisher has negotiated numerous complex partnership and debt structures relating to commercial real estate, marina, automotive dealerships and day care facility purchases and sales. He also has an extensive practice with respect to national retail tenant representation.

Mr. Fisher is a shareholder of Vincent Lopez Serafino Jenevein, P.C., where he is primarily engaged in a commercial transaction practice with an emphasis in real estate and lending transactions. He has represented clients throughout the United States and has experience in all facets of real estate and lending transactions, including:
• Acquisition and/or disposition of automobile dealerships, day cares, raw land, shopping centers, a 300-tenant mall, restaurants, and a marina
• Numerous national, regional, and local retail tenants, including all forms of leasing and acquisition/disposition of competitor businesses
• Numerous national, regional, and local office and retail landlords
• National, regional, and local lenders in real estate secured and non-real estate secured lines of credit, construction loans, and term loans
