Julianne Morgan uses her personal experience as a child of divorced parents to relate to the strenuous and stressful ordeal her clients are going through.
Though she offers her clients support, empathy, and encouragement, Ms. Morgan said her main role throughout the process is to act as an advocate.
“At all times, my number one priority is to passionately and effectively advocate for my client to accomplish the goals we have established,” she said.
Her refusal to accept the status quo was never more evident than when a father she represented was awarded primary custody after originally being given limited visitation at the temporary orders hearing.
“I feel that I am able to provide my clients with not only valuable experience in family law but a clear and realistic perspective on the issues they are facing and an effective strategy to accomplish their goals,” Ms. Morgan said.
Professional Experience
Prior to Cordell & Cordell, Ms. Morgan worked in family law, criminal law, wills and trusts, constitutional law, and torts.
Her experience in family law includes cases involving modifications of child support and child custody, termination of parental rights, grandparent rights, child support, and enforcement issues. She also is experienced in handling complex property divisions.

Ms. Morgan was recognized from 2015-2021 as a Texas Rising Star in the family law practice area by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers.
