Josh Alexander is an aggressive personal injury attorney with in-depth knowledge of today’s ever-changing insurance laws. His balance of professionalism, creativity, and legal expertise allow him to fiercely pursue compensation for each of the Firm’s individual cases.
Prior to founding the J. Alexander Law Firm, Josh was involved in multiple personal injury and consumer law cases, including successful litigation of class action lawsuits against Volkswagen and FCA emissions fraud cases.
The Firm’s diligence is a reflection of Josh’s commitment to successfully drive claims from start to finish. He has experience with hundreds of personal injury cases, large and small, including Commercial Vehicle, Wrongful Death and Catastrophic Claims.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Josh began his professional journey as a member of the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving abroad during Operation Iraqi Freedom. After fulfilling his service to his country, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and began work in the health field industry.
His experience working for a brain injury rehabilitation clinic lead to his pursuit of a law degree from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
While earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, Josh distinguished himself as member and officer of multiple law and intellectual societies, including the Hispanic Law Students Association and the Oil, Gas and Energy Legal Society. Additionally, he was an integral member of the Negotiations External Advocacy Program.
