Reviews for Jonathan
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I owned an industrial engineering business, domiciled in Delaware, that was on the verge of filing for bankruptcy relief. Rather than filing for bankruptcy relief, which would have required multiple hearings, testimony, disclosure of my business's books and records, and potential litigation, Jonathan Howell was able to guide my business through dissolution under Delaware law. As a result, all creditor claims against the business became discharged and forever barred against the company and its management, at a fraction of the cost and time it would have taken for the company and its management to receive s similar result in bankruptcy.
Jonathan was there for us when we were in a desperate need of sound reasoning. He is caring, thorough, competent, knowledgeable and professional. He has a “no nonsense” approach, which is very helpful when you are trapped in a difficult season in life. We will be forever grateful that that we contracted with Jonathan to handle this matter.
