John A. Price brings decades of experience in complex business and commercial litigation, with in-depth emphasis spanning antitrust, unfair trade practices, securities fraud, intellectual property, environmental, administrative law, and a wide variety of business disputes. His diverse clientele includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, tech companies, franchisors, healthcare providers and manufacturers, among others. Beyond litigation, John has served as general counsel for a national publishing corporation and held board positions with several corporations and nonprofits, equipping him with a deep understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making. John began his legal career clerking for The Honorable Frank Theis of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas before joining prominent law firms in Kansas City and Dallas, where he led litigation and intellectual property sections. A founding partner of Calhoun, Bhella & Sechrest, LLP, John is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and licensed in Texas, Kansas, and North Carolina. Recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and recipient of the Marquis Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement Award, John is also a dedicated pro bono advocate and accomplished author. Outside of law, he co-founded the Wings of Spirit Foundation and is a proud father and grandfather.
