About John A. Price

John A. Price brings decades of experience in complex business and commercial litigation, with in-depth emphasis spanning antitrust, unfair trade practices, securities fraud, intellectual property, environmental, administrative law, and a wide variety of business disputes. His diverse clientele includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, tech companies, franchisors, healthcare providers and manufacturers, among others. Beyond litigation, John has served as general counsel for a national publishing corporation and held board positions with several corporations and nonprofits, equipping him with a deep understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making. My opinion on Attorney Mr. Price is over the top. Mr. Price treated me like family. He listened to me and was very concerned. If I called know matter what my issue was. It seemed like he stop everything.

Well, I can’t say that I was ever in the courtroom with John… because he kept us out of the court house. His thorough work on contracts, imaginative problem-solving abilities in bringing a deal to closure, his sage advice as to how to approach business challenges all represented talent and skill that are critical in making successful, profitable transactions happen. Always working with the highest level of integrity, he is also a person you just enjoy being around.

I've seen his work for others and he has the same impeccable approach. John A. Price is so well armed, his first letter usually gets results in my favor. I once saw John talked about on the Jay Leno show - when he had won $9 million for a client. I would recommend John to any individual or corporation.
