The assistant they use, Terri, does not return calls and is hard to reach. She is unpleasant to work with at a difficult time.
Mr. Ginsberg is about saving his client money so he suggests talking to the legal assistant. By doing so, the client is not aware of what has been done on their case. The firm is very friendly. It is family owned and operated.
If u want your money taken. Want your time wasted? Want a lawyer that can’t keep communication with u? A lawyer that’s deceitful? Go ahead hire this firm. Jacob is perfect for it. Always “sick”. The “I have a cold” bs he pulls. Dude is just trying to take your money. I wish I read his reviews before taking him.
A Scam attorney
They give you empty promises and when your court day comes, they side with the insurance company rather than fight for you. The ABSOLUTE worse attorney's ever. They still bill even if they do not win your case at $250.00 dollars an hour. They do not care about you. They only want you to sign forms so they can get paid and be on their way. They truly live up to the sneaky Texan stereotype. They have strung me along since December 2016 while i have been out of WORK with a dislocated shoulder and
BUYER BEWARE!!! Jacob Ginsberg happily accepted my $5000 cash retainer (he only asked for $1500 retainer and I gave him more in case my case went further) but he conveniently never had a receipt "handy" to give me (the old "it's in the mail" response). But the case was moved out of Texas. Jacob owes me $4100 left in retainer, since only 6 hrs was used up. He has refused for 9 months to give me any receipt; any bill; and won't answer any of my phone calls. He is a cheat!! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!
Jacob Ginsberg was a poor choice of attorney for my case. His office is unprofessional; lacks is ethics, unresponsive to the point that you literally beg him to respond, diligence so bad that the case is damaged (maybe beyond repair), and has demonstrated no concern for his client. Jacob Ginsberg is a "Family Law Attorney" and not a Workers Comp Attorney as his mission statement says. I wish that I did more research before obtaining his office to represent me.
