Everyone that I have spoken with have been nothing but nice and helpful. They have reasonable fees and a payment plan.

Excellent services.

Some minor complaints. I never actually spoke or talked with anyone calling themselves a lawyer. I only spoke to the receptionist and the paralegal and it was difficult at times getting in touch with the paralegal. I was referred by a work benefit hotline and in doing so received 25% off the usual rate. The paralegal seemed very busy, but never rushed things. They were very accommodating with a personal payment plan. They did what I paid them to do.

Communication was terrible.

Bottom line: I highly regret using this firm for overlapping legal matters. The results of these cases have become a horrific nightmare.{para}This firm has given me more painful problems than before I had met their acquaintance. Much of my life has been negatively impacted by their inability to communicate effectively and efficiently.

Not worth the money! Find someone else!!

ATTN ALL THATS VIEWING REVIEWS TO DECIDE IF YOU SHOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Please read all reviews everywhere. Being limited to 1000 spaces doesn’t give much room to explain all the issues, basically, if you are part of a MDL, you are not treated as an individual. Your case is lumped in with many others & that’s exactly how they treat you. They are rude & disrespectful when you call simply to find out what is going on with your case. They expect you to do nothing but hurry & wait & do not ask questions. Even after a suit is won/paid to them, don’t expect to receive any money for a while. Make SURE you ask lots of questions about how things work & the steps. Make sure you get treated like a person. Most of us have been through something terrible & we entrusted this company to defend us & give us some sort of comfort by taking on big companies that treated us less than human, yet they themselves are doing worse to us.

The firm wanted to try my case on it's own merit, after pathology came back ovarian cancer. The Dr never told me, that I needed chemotherapy, radiation or both it's been 10 years no medical care. They told me in 1 call that my case was to be tried in New Jersey. I'm in NC, I ask if I should go to the trail & they said no. Due to pain from a violent drunk driving auto accident. I was a projectile going thru the windshield and back. The pain in my pelvis isn't related to the 28 tumors drs removed during a emergency C-section. I know the dr's tried in the 1966 wreck but as my sister was dying 18 days later the dr's realize that my arms n legs were broken an back to surgery on kness's an ankle to prevent the length of a 5 yr old the rest of my life. The pathology is there! While my daughter can't help me with her job in ICU an covid team, my 2 & 4 yr old granddaughters, I'll never live to see graduate, prom, marry. Please give me what you wld ur mom, daughter, wife plz n thank you.
