Efrain Forte III was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Tampa, Florida. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida. Efrain then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
As a student, Efrain knew he wanted to become a litigator. His courtroom experience began when he served as a student attorney representing indigent clients in the University of Arkansas School of Law’s Legal Clinic. Additionally, Efrain was a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark Lindsay of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Washington County, Arkansas.
Efrain is a civil litigation trial attorney representing clients involved in high-exposure catastrophic liability cases throughout Texas, focusing primarily on the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Before joining WSHB, Efrain gained trial and litigation experience by representing Fortune 500 companies and individuals in cases involving high-risk commercial transportation, automobile, wrongful death, and premises liability matters, resulting in favorable resolutions for his clients.
Efrain has developed a particular ability to quickly and accurately evaluate lawsuits and other risks for clients. He concentrates on implementing creative and aggressive strategies to change a case's dynamics and to obtain the best possible result in mediation, arbitration, or jury trial.
Outside of practicing law, Efrain enjoys deep-sea fishing, hunting, college football, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
