Hired Law Firm

Both George Shake and Marianne Howland lied to me about the progress of my case. They sat on it intentionally and my case was closed. They have no integrity. They are liars. Do not hire this firm. George Shake told me complete lies when I started asking questions about why my case was closed.

Hired Attorney Marianne Howland

WARNING: Do "NOT" hire Attorney Marianne Howland nor this Law Firm if do not want to be ripped off and if you want your case to remain in the same spot before hiring them. It's very troubling to know that she nor this law firm doesn't care about families but only wants to make their pockets larger. When I discovered back in March 2022 that Attorney Howland wasn't doing the work on my case like she stated she was, I immediately contacted her boss which is Lisa Duffee and Melina Eitzen. Do you know that I haven't yet to hear from Lisa nor Melinda and my current attorney and I left countless messages with Secretary Ms. Treese but no return phone call. Now since April 2022 this law firm has been fighting with my banking institution and I about the refund of my money that I paid to them since I wasn't rendered service. RUN RUN FAST FROM MARIANNE HOWLAND

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
