In the initial consult it appeared we were on the same page and I was very clear and explained I needed a new contract that I wanted an attorney to create for me and my business with a phone call for approximately 20 mins initial call for this pricing. I called to follow - up a week later to setup payment and move forward. The attorney Darryl Shaper said he remembered who I was and then appeared to not recall our initial conversation and then provided me increased quotes for $350 and $1500 for the same work I explained I was needing for a contract.
