He should not have taken my case because he is in Texas according to two other Texas law firms. He said it did not matter when I hired him. He quit my case 2 weeks before filing time, did not send me a copy of the demand letter after several request; he only sent it to me with his letter of drop from my counsel to me and the defending firm. This left me scrambling for representation that I may not get in time.
