Hired Attorney

We hired Mr. Dan Estrada to represent us in personal injury case. He is a true professional. There was never a time that we did not know where we were in the process. Dan Estrada is a great attorney, He's helped me with my case to the point where it turned around. From the beginning the insurance company said the accident was my fault but once i got Dan involved he found a witness statement that the insurance companies didn't have that would be in my favor. He even got the insurance to pay me the policy limit. He gets things going fast and will keep you informed about what is happening. would recommend him to anyone in need

I'll begin my review by stating the following: Dan Estrada helped me achieve way more than I could have achieved on my own. With Estrada's help, the uphill battle became much more manageable. He kept me sane, and kept me on track on how to present my case. He also gave me realistic answers - he didn't mince with words and gave me the real facts of what we were facing, what we would have to prepare, best and worst case scenarios. And a definite plus on his part, he also kept me from going way off the OCD charts by keeping me focused on what to prepare and what to leave on the backburner. I spoke with several recommended lawyers from friends, associates and coworkers, and yet none of them were willing to take this case due to the difficulty. Estrada decided to take it on, and considered it a challenge. I would highly recommend Dan Estrada's services to any friends and family who may find themselves in need of legal help. I'm certainly glad I did.
