Be Careful in thinking about hiring Mr. Lake & make sure and read the contract carefully! I had Mr. Lake several years ago in my divorce and I thought he was my trusted advisor but I now realize that he had a major conflict of interest in the case and was therefore unable to truly work and advocate for me so for the 5 months he was "my attorney" everything he did or didn't do was meant to hurt me and help his true client which obviously wasn't me. When I look back at everything he told me was nothing but a lie or a form of manipulation to assist his true client. He needed to inform me of the conflict of interest but I assume he got paid very well to not inform me of such a thing! Mr. Lake ultimately dropped from my case as he had to having a conflict and could never defend or fight against the other side. Why because of the conflict!! Be careful as Chris knows what to do it's just a matter of if he's gonna do it or not!!!
