Christine Atwood is the managing partner of WSHB's Dallas office, where she litigates throughout Texas. She enjoys a distinguished career handling complex, high-stakes litigation. Christine has conducted hundreds of depositions of both parties and experts and has successfully tried many jury trials, achieving favorable defense outcomes in multi-million-dollar cases.
She began her career as a litigator and appellate lawyer at the district attorney's office, where Christine spent extensive time advocating for victims of crime. She later transitioned to civil litigation, focusing her practice on cases involving significant losses, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Her work emphasizes trial advocacy and the representation of individuals, corporations, and other business entities in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Before attending law school, Christine worked as an international tour manager for a professional sports organization. She draws on her background in marketing, public relations, and event management to provide unique counsel to clients, assisting them in navigating all phases of complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Additionally, Christine applies her training and research on communication styles to bring a practical approach to challenging problems that often arise during litigation.
