She was very helpful to me. She was more concerned in me getting the help that I needed more than making a profit from me.
I did 80% of the leg work for my case, to keep costs down and was still charged a total fee of $7800, for which I got NOTHING! And to have her, Darlene, return a phone call, takes an act of congress. Consumer Beware!
She released me and my son because she felt that I took too long to return one document. (3 days). Now, I have had to wait for return calls. She has missed calls. She has mixed up information on my case. Yet, I was being understanding. When I told her that I was offended with this call, she hung up in my face. My accident was over a year ago and I am slow on one document. She is rude! She often cuts you off while you are talking and does not take the time to listen to your concerns.
