Went to The Stuart firm with a case that should have been an auto win and he blows it. Tried to get custody of my kids while their mom was married to a charged child molester and he failed. What I did get was an Over charged communication service. Biggest waste of $7,000 and I now no longer get to see my kids because of his poor representation. Ran out of time on the stand asking questions, poor time management. Might be worth $1,000 for document prep, that’s all this firm seems to know how to do right. He’s a rookie all around and not to be trusted with family law. Lastly when you pay your bill in full and the case is completely over, he will still charge you after you fire him because apparently he’s that hard up for cash.
