I have worked with Fred on over 50 transactions all over the world in different industries, different languages and dealing with many different deal structures. He is extremely smart, detail oriented, financially astute(accounting background), responsive and an excellent negotiator. He has earned the respect of our senior executive team and is our attorney of choice on all of our M&A projects, among other projects. He is an outstanding attorney with a very broad skill set.
