During law school, he served as Treasurer and Board Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Organization and developed a strong foundation in negotiation and settlement strategy. He graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University with a degree in Criminal Law and is admitted to practice in both Texas and West Virginia.
