Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, Beverly has developed extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts in matters largely related to creditor/debtor disputes, financial services, and commercial litigation. She’s represented Fortune 100 companies sued for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Texas Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Texas Finance Code, along with violations of the bankruptcy discharge injunction. She has also represented multiple finance providers in actions to recover collateral in state and bankruptcy courts across the state of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
In addition to her commercial clients, Beverly represents investors, landlords, tenants, and other real estate owners in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing for retail, office, and industrial developments. Beverly also represents start-ups and mid-cap companies across all industries with respect to financing, general corporate matters, and other transactions.
Beverly takes great pride in serving her community through volunteer hours and gifts. She has served the Junior League of Dallas as a Board Member, as well as the 2014-2015 Ball Chair. She has also served on the Auxiliary Boards of Genesis Women’s Shelter and Community Partners of Dallas.
