Highly specialized in the area of asbestos claims. Stayed on top of things most of the time. When husband passed away, switch right over to me immediately.
Baron & BUDD, P.C. has been handling my father asbestos case and Estate proceedings wonderfully since his death in 2001.
Have been with them for several years in litigation against asbestos. I have abdominal mesothelioma.
The firm is so large now that it's sometimes difficult to get through to the attorney handling your case. They have done a good in identifying all of the companies needed to sue for wrongful death, asbestos exposure
I hired this firm for my father that passed away of asbestos lung cancer we have had 3 small settlements and I was contacted if I had any pictures of him from good health to bad and then was notified the pictures had been misplaced. I never know who the attorney is or have no contact unless I call them or updates my father was in the navy and worked on shipped with asbestos but told this was irrelevant. I have been with this firm over 9 years and barley nothing in communication unless I call
I have had open cases with this company since 1994. I can barely get any info on what is happening with my case. There seems to be far too many people there and the communication between everyone is sorely lacking
14 years and still dealing with these people, don't return phone calls,
don't respect clients or the people that have died from dangerous products, they just want a quick buck and not spend time on your case.
They just want to help the rich, and make them rich
on behalf of the poor people that have died from these products.
