A native of Texas, Ashley Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Ashley honed her legal research and writing skills as a writer for The Scholar Law Review.
Before joining Fields Law, Ashley garnered valuable litigation experience practicing within the area of Financial Services law. Drawing on her prior experience, Ashley provides clients with practical and efficient solutions to their Consumer Rights legal issues.
Ashley is known for her "client-first" approach to practicing law, as well as her keen ability to advocate zealously for her clients while balancing pragmatism and compassion. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients by combining meticulous legal strategy with a deep understanding of their individual needs.
Ms. Smith is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She is a member of the Texas State Bar Association.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exercising, and traveling.
