of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (a prestigious national group of family law attorneys), the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation, and a member of the Collaborative Law Institute. She has been a featured speaker and author at the Advanced Family Law seminars and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and has taught on numerous subjects, including summary judgement, visitation, child support, alter ego, fiduciary responsibilities in divorce, bankruptcy and family law, piercing the corporate veil, drafting and enforcement of property orders, and discovery.
As a parent herself, Ms. Beletic has extensive experience in the creative resolution of disputes concerning children without litigation, however, she is also known for her zealous advocacy and knowledge of trial and courtroom tactics. She is experienced in difficult cases including those involving claims of sexual abuse ( both defending and where it is confirmed) parental alienation, neglect, and other abuse. Her representation has included mothers, fathers, non parents, grandparents, and non- traditional third parties and same sex parents.
With regard to property issues, Ms. Beletic has over 20 years of experience representing high net-worth individuals as well as families in financial crisis ( including bankrutcy issues)and has consistently been recognized and rated as preeminent ( Martindale- HubbLe ratings annually of AV 5 out of 5 peer review) and excellent by other family law attorneys.
