Andy is the go-to person when I need assistance collecting a judgment. His knowledge of collections law, in general, and receiverships, in particular, is unmatched. In this instance, I obtained a judgment for a debt owed to me personally, but wasn't getting anywhere on my own trying to collect it. So, I got Andy appointed as a turnover receiver to help me collect the judgment. Andy immediately got to work and in a couple of months was able to collect the entire judgment owed. I cannot sing Andy's praises enough. Frankly, I had written off the money owed to me, but Andy, with his knowledge, willingness to immediately get to work, and tenacity was able to collect every penny owed to me. There isn't anyone that I would recommend over Andy Korn if you need help collecting a judgment.

Gator Korn was extremely knowledgeable about commercial real estate law and partition of a group of parcels owned in common. He was able to find precedent on the matter and explain it to my business partner, who is not as well versed as I am on the law. He was also very helpful in assessing the financial position of the plaintiff. When I asked him to dial back his activity to save on costs, he did so in an efficient manner. He is also a snappy dresser, which impressed my elderly co defendant. The highest praise I can give him is that he was able to accurately forecast how long the case would take and the likely outcome. I have over a dozen law firms on retainer, and this is the most important thing I look for in an attorney. He gets my highest recommendation.

Andy Korn came into a lawsuit in which I was trial counsel to represent the client on appeal.
