He lies and claims judges don't like him and that is why he is unable to present the evidence that is given to him. The fact is he does not do any of the work he is paid for. He will take your money, but never submit anythign on your behalf. Then blame the court for his failure to provide a service he is paid for. This is considered fraud.

He will only take your money and never do anything for your case. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. He does not communicate. Never responds to texts, phone calls, or emails. He will lie to cover up his fraudulent behavior. Completely scam artist that has a license to practice law.

Mr. Herra, you left our family loved one out too dry. That even another lawyer can’t even come in and assist and that’s a darn shame. Some of you Lawyers is all about money and not about the people and their families their love ones. Our love one is looking at minimum 25 to life because of the deals you made W/The devil. I would not use this person. My phone come up missing and later my email blocked. Hey told lies in the judge. He tried to move out to the house for My husband. The judge gave me a written Protective Order against My husband But he and My husband are working on a do over the next day. If you see this man run as fast as you can. Con Man that is what they call him.

Alberto Herrera does nothing and will do nothing for your case. Do not trust him, because he will lie in court even after you confront him he always has a lame excuse for being such a bad lawyer. All he does is take advantage of people who do not know better. He will constantly ask for money even if you pay a retainer. He will never answer your phone calls, because he always has some sort of family emergency. Alberto Herrera does not respond to texts or emails. He will not submit any exhibits you provide or evidence in your case. Basically the worst lawyer ever and your should hire him if you want to lose your case. I would call him a con man who pretends to be a lawyer in order takes advantage of naïve clients who just need legal help.
